TitleDesk

Run title on Louisiana parishes in hours, not weeks — without your records ever leaving your office.

TitleDesk turns scanned instruments and clerk-portal downloads into correctly-named files, Title Index rows in your own runsheet workbook, verbatim transcripts, and plotted deed maps — reviewed by AI, verified by you.

Private beta — free during the beta period, by invitation.

How it works

scan or download → split & read → match to your runsheet → rename to your convention → Title Index rows → transcripts & deed plots

Your scanner, your files

A small desktop agent drives your duplex scanner and your own clerk-portal logins. Documents are processed on your machine — the cloud coordinates, it doesn't keep.

Your workbook, your convention

TitleDesk learns your filename convention from your own archive and writes index rows directly into your runsheet workbook — chronological placement, your formatting, new rows highlighted.

Checked, flagged, reviewable

Every document gets an AI read-through with a verdict trail: anything ambiguous is flagged for human review instead of being silently guessed.

Deeds on the map

Paste a metes-and-bounds description — or a screenshot of one — and get a georeferenced KMZ plotted against the PLSS grid, ready for Google Earth.

Download the agent

The TitleDesk agent is the small desktop program that drives your scanner and clerk-portal downloads. Installing it takes a minute; it does nothing until you pair it with a beta account, so feel free to download before your invitation arrives.
